Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Eligible items

• Unworn, unwashed items with no stains, odors, or alterations.
• Items returned with original tags and accessories included in the shipment.

Non-returnable

• Items marked final sale, customized, or clearly used.
• Intimate apparel or hygiene-sensitive goods where applicable by law.

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return instructions and the correct return address (do not send to an address not provided by us).
3. Ship the item with trackable postage and share the tracking number.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges depend on stock. Contact us with your order number and preferred variant — we will guide you through exchange or repurchase options.

Defective or wrong items

If you receive the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where appropriate.
