Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days — we will notify you if there is a delay.

Delivery estimates

• Standard international: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs).
• Express options: where available at checkout, 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and selected method. Any free-shipping threshold or promotion will be shown before you pay.

Tracking
